Sumila Monastery is located in the Magic area of the northern state of Trabzon, at an altitude of 1,200 meters above sea level on a rocky edge .It is surrounded by the most beautiful aspects of the charming nature of the mountain, sea and greenery. The monastery consists of 72 rooms spread over 5 floors and all its walls are covered with paintings and drawings. It contains many chapels, kitchens and student rooms that are dominated by the Ottoman architecture which is characterized by its white color and red brick
